Jake Lonergan (Daniel Craig) wakes up in the desert, not remembering who he is or why he has a metallic band on his forearm. Colonel Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford) has business with Jake. He tries to remove him from the prison carriage, but is denied. Then the aliens come and cause havoc, forcing these two to work together. Why don't they like one another? It be a gold reason. Cowboys and Aliens.

4 Good Things About This Film

1. Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford were great cowboys.
2. Great costumes.
3. A few funny moments.
4. One moment with Harrison Ford and another character pulled heartstrings, and surprised me...a lot.

7 Bad Things About This Film

1. Aliens were boring.
2. The action was bleh.
3. The story was bleh
4. The idea was better in conception than birth.
5. Forgettable for the most part.
6. It went on and on forever and ever.
7. I almost fell asleep...many times.

Cowboys and Aliens had great potential and instead of taking off like a bullet's life out of a six shooter, it took off like a BB gun pellet. The climax had as much indention power as a BB pellet. Forgettable. Disappointed doesn't begin to explain my sadness over this film. It wasn't out of the world, it was six feet under it.
