American Idol 9 Last.FM Standings 4

Tuesday April 6, 2010

Didi was second place on this mean nothing list. She skyrocketed in listens, not as much as Siobhan the Nasal, but higher than everyone else. Maybe her popularity will continue week after week like Alex Lambert.

I’m going to make a prediction on who I think the final four will be (and this will no doubt piss some people off). In no particular order (other than how they’re listed below) Lee Dewzye, Crystal Bowersox, Tim Urban and Casey James.

I think if Lee, Crystal or Casey fell into the bottom and were to be eliminated before the final five the judges would save them. I do not think they will save Siobhan or Andrew. They won’t save Michael, Katie, Aaron or Tim, either. I think the surprise would be that Siobhan wouldn’t be saved. It would be a split vote on her and they have to ALL agree. They ALL agree (week after week) on how talented Lee, Crystal and Casey are, well not as much Casey as the other three. This week would be the first (if I remember correctly) time Simon has said how great Casey was.

Vote for the Worst is still picking Tim Urban, even though Tim hasn’t been the worse for three weeks. They are claiming the judges are being nicer to him because they think he won’t be going home any time soon. I think their nice was genuine. Also Vote for the Worst is awfully pretentious for a site that doesn’t really vote for the worst. I think they now take themselves too seriously. If they did they’d be switching every week, however they get stuck on one person and pretend they’re the worse using poor wit and sad attempts at “oh I gotcha Idol” writing. And they are bullies on people they need so they remain e-popular. Those kinds of sites are what I’d like to call leaches. They berate what they pretend to hate, but if what the hated disappeared, so would they. Their self-importance or help on keeping anyone on Idol is a joke. Tim Urban (trust me) has his own fan base that doesn’t need a website with forty people using their Iphones voting. The little screaming sirens can do that all by their nimble fingered selves.

Oh and I think he sings well. He is getting better, which is why he’s in my pick for final four. He won’t make it past there, but be assured that Vote for the Worst will wear that as a medal of honor. Just as long as they know that ‘honor’ is tainted with self centereness and a lack of understanding of females and what they like. They would take the Box Office of Twilight and claim they gave it that much money if they were Give Great Box Office Green to the Worst Film.com – it’s pathetic.

I post that they don’t do much to help anyone stay on American Idol on their site and they couldn’t handle it and banned me. I just made another account and said it again.

He would hold 3rd…still. I wish a record label would pick him up and just make a CD or something. The iron is hot. His new look is smart. I want him to succeed. I really like seeing people make it. I really like to see Alex make it and realize that he’s good enough to be in the bullying world of music.
