Even though the last film in the"Final Destination" franchise was titled "The Final Destination," Warner Bros. is going to beat the dead horse one more time.
At the ShoWest expo in Vegas, WB Exec Alan Horn said that not only would they do another film, but it will again be in 3D. Of course it will be in 3D! All of Warner Bros. upcoming "tentpole" films are going to be done in 3D, including the two-part Harry Potter film, DC Comic's "Green Lantern" and Zack Snyder's "Sucker Punch." Gotta strike while the iron (I.E. gimmick) is hot.
It's easy money for WB: The last Final Destination flick cost $40 million to make and grossed $185 million.
Crowds have apparently not gotten tired of seeing people die in ridiculous Rube Goldberg ways.
