We've been following the ongoing debacle between the FCC and FOX Broadcasting over the alleged indeecency in the 2003 show "Married by America."
FOX had originally petitioned the feds to drop the case, but as we reported last week, the FCC not only declined the petition, but called in the Justice Department to play enforcer.
And here's the latest nugget of drama around this quagmire: Radio Ink reports that the reason the FCC declined the petition was because it was over the maximum page length set by commission rules.
This just keeps getting weirder and weirder.
Stay tuned.
