Hollywood's Honorary Mayor Johnny Grant - notable for being involved with nearly every publicity stunt Hollywood has done (I.E. hands and feet in Grauman's theater cement, stars on the walk of fame, the Christmas Parade, Oscar red carpet arrivals, etc.) has died of natural causes. He was 84.Mamie Van Doren called him "Mr. Hollywood"
