A former "Dateline" producer who refused to take part in the "To Catch A Predator" show on ethical grounds was fired. Of course, not for THAT reason, says NBC, but because of budget cutbacks.
The producer sued NBC for breach of contract and sought $1 million plus interests and costs.
But a New York Supreme court didn't agree and she lost the suit.
But NBC isn't completely off the hook just yet.
