Governator Shuts up Teens on Cell Phones in Cars

Governer Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a bill making California the first state to make it illegal for anyone under 18 to use a cell phone while driving. According to a study by the Ford motor company, they found that teens were four times more distracted than adults when talking on a cell phone. The CHP claims that cell phone use is the leading cause of distracted-driver accidents.

Which of course leads to the question, "what about hands free?" are the CHP going to stop any teen they see talking to themself in a car? What if they are just crazy? No law against that yet.
