Filing a Complaint Against USAVOICE?

Some people have asked what should be done about the "alleged" scam going on with USAVOICE.

The first place anyone should go if they feel they have a valid complaint, should be the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). But make sure that you have all of your information ready to go first.

In order to file a complaint, you will need the following information:
  • Your name
  • Your mailing address
  • Your telephone number
  • Name of the individual or business that defrauded you
In this case, its USAVOICE.ORG or the Editor in Chief, "Rick M."
  • Address of the individual or business that defrauded you
1425 K Street Northwest Ste 350
Washington D.C., 20005
  • Telephone number of the individual or business that defrauded you
(321) 293-0682 (Florida)
(202) 742-8981 (Washington DC)

  • Website and email address of the individual or business that defrauded you
http://www.usavoice.org

rick@usavoice.org
  • Specific details on how you were defrauded
  • Any other relevant information necessary to support your complaint
Compile all of the information and send it to the FBI. The more people that complain about this, the better our chances of preventing others from falling prey.
